ARPA fund contracts totaling $276,734.50 given to 9 organizations on May 10 and May 17, 2022

On Tuesday, May 10, 2022 the Blaine County Board of Commissioners signed three contracts giving out a total of $106,000 of ARPA/ALFRF funds. These funds went to The Blaine County Charitable Fund, the Blaine County Housing Authority and Swiftsure Ranch Therapeutic Equestrian Center. On Tuesday, May 17, 2022 the Commissioners signed 6 additional contracts totaling $170,734.50. These funds went to The Argyros, The Hunger Coalition, I Have A Dream Foundation Idaho, Sun Valley Culinary Institute, The Crisis Hotline, and The Space Idaho.

The Commissioners and the County are very excited to have this opportunity to support our County organizations and the efforts they have made to provide for our community throughout the COVID-19 pandemic. More information on ARPA/ALFRF funds can be found here or on the County website under ARPA Fund Request.

***The County has paused the ARPA fund request program while they go through their budget process. Blaine County's budget process starts in May and goes through June. This process takes staff time and resources, which will delay the County's ability to process ARPA fund requests in a timely manner. As a result, the Board of County Commissioners have decided to delay receiving ARPA fund requests until the County's budget process is finished. ARPA fund request forms will be available starting in July, keep an eye on the County News Flash for the most up to date information.
